Japanese pop star Taichi Kokubun apologizes for compliance violation
It was the former Tokio member*s first public appearance since his removal from Nippon TV*s popular variety show ※The Tetsuwan Dash§ in June.

After a series of major scandals in recent years, Japan*s TV industry appears to be growing more sensitive to issues of harassment and misconduct.
In a statement on their official website, Tokio said it had decided to disband following a compliance violation by Taichi Kokubun, without providing details as to what the violation entailed.
