The vote could lead, some forecasters say, to a global recession (one that, knowing today¡¯s press, will inevitably be called a ¡°Brecession¡°).

Political scientist Ian Bremmer called Brexit ¡°the most significant political risk the world has experienced since the Cuban Missile Crisis.¡±
