At the meeting ¡ª the third to bring together Japan¡¯s Toshimitsu Motegi, Australia¡¯s Penny Wong, India¡¯s S. Jaishankar and U.S. Secretary of ?State Marco Rubio ¡ª the four diplomats took turns emphasizing a clear future for the grouping, focusing on critical minerals, maritime security and energy security.?
