Ukraine¡¯s ?Security Service said the shooting was being investigated as terrorism, but offered no ?motive.
President Volodymyr ?Zelenskyy, speaking in his nightly video address, said the shooting happened in ?Kyiv¡¯s leafy Holosiivskyi district, injuring 14 people.
