Outstanding features in the situation today were departure of two refugee ships ¡ª the Wilson for Kobe and Shanghai, the Pierce for America ¡ª and the presence of six American destroyers which arrived from Dairen yesterday afternoon. Two more destroyers, the Huron and Black Hawk, are en route.
