Lauded cream puff specialist isn¡¯t holding back for summer 2020. It¡¯s released two new takes on its signature item, aiming to make the season a little bit tastier.
The chain¡¯s limited-edition blueberry cheesecake puff is on sale for the month of July. A return for the popular item from last year, it¡¯s easy to see why this dessert (?230 after tax) has been brought back for another go. It strikes just the right balance between tart and sweet, and the cream puff¡¯s soft exterior works especially well with this mix of flavors.
Beard Papa¡¯s has also introduced an item embracing the opposite texture. The store¡¯s new ¡°Dinosaur Crispy Egg Puff¡± takes the franchise¡¯s signature cream and places it in a crunchy shell made to look like a prehistoric egg. Available until the end of August, this item (?230 after tax) is a twist on the standard Beard Papa¡¯s formula, and shows that the sweet cream in the center goes well with all textures.
