1. What drew you to education? It¡¯s one of the few professions where you can genuinely change someone¡¯s life trajectory. I had teachers who believed in me before I believed in myself, and that left a lasting impression. The positive impact you can have can last a lifetime, which is very special. It¡¯s a real privilege to support and care for young people.

2. How would you describe your educational philosophy? There¡¯s this quote by Aristotle I love: ¡°Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.¡± I really believe in building empathy, tolerance and kindness in young people. That¡¯s first and foremost. I also want to build confidence and curiosity as much as academics.
